Can I visit an out-of-network provider?

It depends on your plan. Most of our plans allow you to visit any dentist you choose, while some require you to visit a network dentist in order to receive benefits. It’s important to remember that even for plans that do allow members to visit out-of-network dentists, out-of-pocket costs may be higher. Members receive the greatest value when they visit an in-network dentist.
