We can only issue a refund for payments made through our Platform at the time of scheduling. If you did not submit payment through our platform, you will need to reach out to your organization to request a refund.
If you would like to request a refund, review the eligibility requirements listed below and use the link provided to submit your request.
Eligible Reasons for a Refund:
- You canceled your exam in advance of the scheduled session
- Technical issues prevented you from completing the exam
Ineligible Reasons for a Refund Include, but Are Not Limited to:
- You do not show up for your scheduled exam
- You show up unprepared or without the required materials to begin your exam
- You decide not to continue once connected to a proctor
- You failed or did not pass your exam
- Your testing organization or institution is responsible for exam payment
- You submitted payment for your exam directly to your testing organization or institution rather than through our Platform
Based on these requirements, if you think you are eligible for a refund, please create a ticket with us. You can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours. If your request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the payment method used within 3-5 business days.
